The SVD/Tiger comes in two basic formats. The SVD and SVDs which is a shortened barrel, folding stock version. Both use the new synthetic furniture and standard working parts. However the SVDs comes with a shortened bell shaped muzzle brake .
Variations between countries can normally be spotted in the civilian export Tigers. US imported rifles are still semi auto however they have non military muzzle brakes and no bayonet lugs. UK / AUS versions have no semi auto facility but retain full military fittings. European imports tend to be stock military weapons rebadged before shipping.

The bi pod for the SVD is unusual in that it clips onto the indents on the receiver in front of the magazine well this is to prevent loss of accuracy as the barrel is semi floating. These factory made bi pods are occasionally available enquire by e mail.
