Uniform Size Table

The Russian sizing system often uses a size then length format for example:

                                              48-4

The first number 48 is the size and can be converted using the chart above. The second number is the length and there are 5 grades with 1 being the shortest and 5 the longest, this number apply’s both to jacket length and sleeves and to trouser legs.

Please note that some combat suits like the KLMK are just given using the second number as one size fits all but the lengths vary.

Hat sizes are simply the circumference in centimeters, so a size 58  hat will fit a head with a 58cm measurement around it.
