The RPD has been the standard light support weapon for the Soviet army
since WWII and is still in use today. 7.62 x 39mm calibre, it is issued
with 100-round ammunition belts stored in the round drum underneath.
The weapon is fitted with a bipod and windage adjustable sights, and
makes an impressive LMG.
Still currently in use around the world, the Mosin
Nagant was used through every conflict of the
twentieth century. It was the main weapon in
the time of Imperial Russia and during the
Communist revolution. Manufactured and used
all over the world by Russia, Poland, China,
India and the former East Germany.
The AKSU is probably the most infamous of the AK series of
weapons. Shown alongside Bin Laden in all of his videos, and
carried by both terrorists and counter-terrorist teams alike, it is
the shortest of the AK series, and most formidable at close range.
Still in use worldwide and carried by officers, tank troops and
special forces.
As well as the weapons shown, we carry a large quantity of associated paraphernalia, such as
ammunition boxes, magazines and grenades, all of which add total realism to any set or scene.
Larger Weapons are also available, from shoulder-fired missiles to anti-aircraft guns. These can
be ideal on set to add extra features and interest to a scene. If we don’t have an item you want,
we will source or manufacture a copy to meet your requirements.
The Chinese Type 86 is the current bullpup version of the
AK47, issued in the hundreds of thousands to the rapidly
modernising 'Peoples Army'. These have a very futuristic
image whilst still retaining the authenticity of a scene or
set involving South East Asian countries.
